Homeless Man Accused Of Rape Of 88-Year Old Woman
Justin Glenn Ellis is accused of raping an elderly woman, and asked repeatedly if she was enjoying it: Cops

HOUSTON, TX — A homeless man is facing rape charges after he was accused of raping an 88-year old woman at a West University retirement.
The rape was reported June 11 at the Brookdale West University Center, police said.
Justin Glenn Ellis, 21, who is suspected in other similar crimes in the area, was arrested Wednesday as he allegedly tried to sneak into another home nearby, police said.

Ellis is accused of climbing through an open second story window of the woman’s apartment while she was in bed watching television, KTRK reported. (Want to get daily updates about traffic news and other events going on in your area? Sign up for the free Houston Patch morning newsletter.)
According to court records, Ellis asked the woman several times, “Do you like this,” as he raped her, KPRC reported.

Ellis, who has been homeless in recent years, is known to frequent the areas of West University and Bellaire where the attack took place, officials said.
If he is convicted, Ellis could spend the rest of his life in prison.
Ellis is being held in a Harris County jail on $200,000 bond.
