Man Killed While Celebrating 4th of July With Family
Victim was shot during an argument; police are searching for suspect.

HOUSTON, TX — A family gathering on the 4th of July turned deadly in southwest Houston on Tuesday evening when a man was gunned down during holiday festivities. Police are looking for the suspect.
The incident occurred around 8 p.m. in the 12300 block of Pine Knoll. The victim, along with his family and friends, was celebrating the 4th of July when he was approached by the gunman, who shot him and fled the scene.
The man died in the front yard of the house. The cause of the argument, according to police officials, was a family dispute, as reported by various media.
