Man Runs Over Girlfriend With Car: Report
She's being treated at an area hospital for severe injuries, according to a Houston TV station.
HOUSTON, TX — An unidentified woman is being treated for severe injuries after being run over early Sunday by a vehicle driven by her boyfriend, according to a media report. Houston police officers responded to the scene at about 2 a.m. Sunday at a shopping center on Bellaire Boulevard near Renwick Drive, KIAH-TV CW39 reported.
The police said they found the woman laying in the parking lot with severe injuries, the TV station reported. The woman was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
According to the police, the couple had been arguing in the parking lot when the boyfriend got into a black Scion and ran her over.

He fled the scene, but returned while police were investigating the incident, CW39 reported. They arrested him, and he's expected to face charges.
