Juvenile Arrested After Cedar Park Shooting Incident

CEDAR PARK, TX — A juvenile has been arrested in connection to a shooting incident at an apartment complex on Sunday.

Police this past weekend were dispatched to The View at Cedar Park apartment complex, 1435 Main St., just after 7 p.m. amid reports of a shooting. The caller told police of a bullet hole in the back window of the person's vehicle, according to a police advisory, the impact likely having occurred as the driver was backing out of the Cedar Park Rec Center.

After interviewing witnesses and neighbors, a juvenile male who lives at the apartment complex was taken into custody and charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct.

Police released no further details, citing the ongoing nature of the investigation.
