Leander Hosts Household Hazardous Waste Cleanup Event

LEANDER, TX—Williamson County residents will have an opportunity to dispose of the household waste to create safe environments for themselves, their loved ones and the community. The Household Hazardous Waste Cleanup Event hosted by Williamson County, Waste Management and the City of Leander offers a list of accepted and non-accepted items to bring to the event with a list found HERE.

The Hazardous Waste Cleanup event is scheduled on Saturday, April 24 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Leander Public Works located at 607 Municipal Dr. The COVID-safe event will require participants to remain in their vehicles with windows rolled up, and allow volunteers to unload their cars.
