Sabino's Pizza Pub Offers Chicago-Style Pizza In Leander

LEANDER, TX — Are you looking to expand your tastebuds this summer? An eatery in Leander is bringing a taste of Chicago-style pizza to Central Texas.

Sabino's Pizza Pub located at 2082 U.S. Highway 183 in Leander opened its doors in 2019 and has since catered to foodies looking to try Chicago-style pizza, Italian food and more.

The restaurant is known for its deep-dish pizza but it also offers several specialty pizzas, including five-cheese, Smokey Mesquite BBQ Chicken, bacon cheeseburger, Chicken Bacon Ranch and Fiery Hawaiian.

Some adventurous foodies can even build their own options, according to Sabino's Pizza Pub website.

All of the featured recipes have been passed down by owner David Sabino's family for generations, restaurant officials said.

The eatery's menu also features Sabino’s rolls—either the Sabino Beef Roll or the Gyro Roll—which are made with homemade dough and come stuffed with cheese, meat and other ingredients.

The restaurant doesn't just offer pizza, it also has 14 beers on tap, including several local options such as Whitestone Brewery and Red Horn Brewing Co.

Sabino's also offers 10 different flavors of chicken wings and Chicago-style dogs.
