Alleged Child Molester in Santa Fe, TX Kills Self Instead of Going to Jail
A Santa Fe, TX man who was being arrested for suspicion of molesting a child killed himself before he was arrested.
SANTA FE, TX — It sounds like something out of a Law and Order episode. Three Galveston County Sheriff's Deputies were serving a warrant on a man for indecency with a child.
As the deputies were approaching the suspect they saw that he was armed with a pistol. Instead of trying to fend off the cops, the guy turned the gun on himself. He suffered a single gunshot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
