To get the ball rolling, the school has already developed a three-question, online survey to help create the presidential profile. The presidential profile will be officially adopted after the forums.

The school's board of trustees plans to appoint a diverse group from all areas of the college's service area to be a part of the Presidential Search Committee.

The board has already appointed the board's vice-chair, Rachel Delgado, and two trustees, Bennie Matthews and Kyle Dickson, to the search committee. The rest of the committee members will consist of representatives from both the college and the community.
