Construction on Post Office Street in Galveston from Aug.8 to Aug. 12
Throughout the week of Aug. 8-12 Post Office Street on Galveston Island will be undergoing maintenance.
GALVESTON, TX — During the week of Aug. 8-12 Post Office Street on Galveston Island will be under construction. The thoroughfare is scheduled to be repaved from 20th Street to 23rd Street.
The work is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Wednesday, Aug. 10, to Friday, Aug. 12.
During the construction there will be one lane open to traffic but parking will be limited to the north, or mainland, side of the street.
