Flasher at UTMB Campus in Galveston

GALVESTON, TX — Police are investigating reports of a flasher around the University of Texas Medical Branch campus.

A man reportedly exposed himself to a woman on the afternoon of Monday, Aug. 1. The alleged incident reportedly happened near the school's tennis courts on Mechanic Street.

The man was reportedly driving a dark, four-door sedan with tinted windows and wearing a black baseball cap. He reportedly spoke in a soft voice and asked a woman directions to the ferry.

Once the woman got close to the car, he whipped his junk out.
