La Marque Teen to be Tried as Adult for Allegedly Killing his Mother
A La Marque teenager will face a charge of capital murder for allegedly killing his mother and her unborn child.
LA MARQUE, TX — Chance Michael Moseley will be tried as an adult for the murder of his mother, Nita. Moseley, 15, allegedly strangled and stabbed his mother more than 20 times in September 2015.
Moseley is facing a capital murder charge for the killing of his mother and her unborn child. Nita Moseley, 33, suffered multiple stab wounds to the back and neck.
Chance Moseley allegedly confessed to the crime when he was arrested. If convicted, he could face 5-99 years, life in prison or the death penalty.
