Landfill Company Sues Couple for $1 million
Galveston County Landfill filed a $1 million breach of contract suit against a Santa Fe, TX couple.
Galveston, TX -- A private garbage collection company is suing a Santa Fe, TX couple for $1 million.
Galveston County Landfill TX LP recently filed a breach of contact suit against Kenny and Shawn Wagner. The suit alleges that the Wagners reneged on a deal to sell the company a piece of property.
The Wagners are accused of refusing to comply by the terms of a settlement agreement and turn over the property to the company, according to the suit.
