League City Dentist Sued for Alleged Malpractice
A League City dentist is being sued for allegedly performing unnecessary dental procedures and offering the parents of a patient a margarita
GALVESTON, TX — A League City dentist is being sued for alleged malpractice.
The suit, filed in Galveston County court by Lisa Deel and Mark Deel, claims that, in 2015, Amanda Hoover performed unnecessary procedures on the couple's minor son.
The suit also alleges that while the Deel's son was undergoing surgery, a member of Hoover's staff offered Mark Deel a margarita.

In court documents, the Deels allege that the unnecessary surgery has resulted in the expenditure of a large amount of money.
The Deels also claim that their son will need invasive, painful and expensive dental treatments for years and that he will have to deal with a lifetime of dental problems.
