School Supply Giveaway in Texas City this Saturday
Parents that can't afford school supplies can get donated items at St. John's United Methodist Church in Texas City on Aug. 13.
TEXAS CITY, TX — There will be a free school supply giveaway at St. John's United Methodist Church, 8200 25th Ave. N, in Texas City.
The event will last from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.The first 400 people will receive free bags with school supplies. A parent or guardian must be on hand to receive the supplies.
There will also be free food, face painting, games, music and crafts.
