Second Victim Alleges Clear Creek ISD Teacher Touched Her
A second victim has come forward with accusations against a Clear Creek ISD teacher.

WEBSTER, TX — A second child has come forward claiming that she was sexually assaulted by Oscar Perez, an instructional math coach at McWhirter Elementary in Clear Creek ISD.
The child claims that, in February, Perez touched her legs and asked her personal questions, such as where does she live and does she play outside.
When Clear Creek ISD personnel heard about the incident the district placed Perez on leave for a week while investigating the claims. The investigation was dropped due to a lack of evidence.

The mother of the child hopes that Perez's recent sexual assault arrest will prompt the district or law enforcement to reopen her daughter's case.
