All City of Coppell administrative offices, Coppell Municipal Court, Coppell Animal Services, and Rolling Oaks Memorial Center will be unavailable for appointments on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25, in observance of Christmas. All facilities will also be closed on Friday, January 1 for New Year's Day.

Solid waste and bulk collection service will not be affected by the holiday. Service normally provided Monday through Thursday will operate as usual. Please have your garbage and bulk items at your regular collection point by 7 a.m. Additionally, each year Republic Services helps residents recycle their live Christmas trees to divert them from the landfill. Residents should place their natural trees out on their regularly scheduled green waste Wednesday. Residents should remove trees from bags and take off ornaments, lights, stands and other decorations before disposal. Flocked and artificial trees may be placed out for pick up on regularly scheduled trash days.

The Cozby Library and Community Commons will be closed Thursday, December 24 through Friday, December 25 and again on Friday, January 1. The library will close at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 31.

The CORE will be closed Thursday, December 24 through Friday, December 25 and again on Friday, January 1. The CORE will operate from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 31.

Wagon Wheel Tennis Center will be closed Thursday, December 24 through Friday, December 25 and again on Friday, January 1. The CORE will operate from 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 31.

The Biodiversity Education Center will be closed Thursday, December 24 through Friday, December 25 and again on Friday, January 1.

Regular meetings of the Coppell City Council are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month and will resume their regular schedule in January 2021.
