Mercury Spill Delays Utility Bill Delivery In Coppell

Customers can view bills and make payments online or at the city's Utility Billing Department.

COPPELL, TX — A recent mercury spill at a Post Office Distribution Center has delayed the delivery of utility bills in Coppell, the city announced Monday.

Customers who did not receive utility bills can call the city at 972-304-3695 to verify receipt of payment. Bills can be viewed and payments can be made online at the eSuite portal at coppelltx.gov/utilitybilling.

Customers can also make payments at by dropping checks into the drop box at Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard or at the Utility Billing Department between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Customers may also set up monthly automatic electronic bank draft payments online. Customers can sign up for automatic bank drafts by downloading and returning the form at coppelltx.gov/utilitybilling.
