2 DART Trains Collide, Derail In Downtown Dallas: Report

Several people were injured Saturday after two DART trains collided at St. Paul Station, according to a report.

DALLAS, TX — Two Dallas Area Rapid Transit trains collided at the St. Paul station on Saturday, injuring multiple people and causing the trains to derail.

According to a report by ABC 8 citing a DART spokesperson, the collision happened around 1:15 p.m. when a northbound Orange Line train hit a southbound Green Line train. Several passengers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation. Meanwhile, DART officials told ABC 8 that shuttle buses would be available to transfer people between the Victory to Deep Ellum stations and Pearl/Arts District to EBJ Union stations.
