Shekinah Draper to Lead Advocate Health Advisors Call Center

Shekinah Draper has joined Advocate Health Advisors as Call Center Manager. Draper will be responsible for helping to grow the call center team, focusing on associate engagement and sales growth.

Draper, of Dallas, Texas, will manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s call center and handle agent recruitment and training. Draper also will implement new strategies for improved sales and processes.

Medicare Advantage plans offer a wide variety of non-medical benefits and provide coverage for social determinants of health, such as transportation, fitness plans and meal delivery.

Advocate Health Advisors agents are Medicare experts who serve as trusted advisors for those who are Medicare eligible and specialize in helping those turning 65. The company has agents in all 50 states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. At Advocate Health Advisors, local licensed agents help clients make important decisions involved in finding a Medicare plan that suits their individual needs and continue that relationship beyond the enrollment process to support the client.

Draper has been in the insurance industry since 2005 and has eight years of experience of call center leadership. She has worked in property & casualty insurance and in healthcare, working with remote Medicare sales agents.

Draper holds a Vocational Degree in Television and Radio Broadcasting from American Broadcasting School.
