The Fort Worth Police Department Awards for Outstanding Acts ceremony was observed at Christ Chapel Church this week.

Mayor Mattie Parker, Police Chief Neil Noakes, Assistant Chief Robert Alldredge, Assistant Chief Julie Swearingin, Assistant Chief Joseph Sparrow and Officer Lisa Ramsey addressed and presented awards in various categories for civilians and law enforcement officers:

The Chief’s Letter of Appreciation: Communications employees Traci Melashenko and Mandy Riddle; North Code Blue member Matthew Leonard.

Distinguished Person Award: Civilians Eric Diaz and Donald Stokey; Deville Wright.
