Dirk Nowitzki’s Preston Hollow Home Just Hit The Market

Dallas Mavericks icon and retired basketball star Dirk Nowitzki has put his Preston Hollow property back on the market after he bought it in October 2019.

At 5906 Deloache Avenue, the property is listed for $6 million with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. The home sits on 44 acres.

Nowitzki purchased the property in 2019 for $5.75 million.
