This Exhibition At Northpark Center Spotlights Texas’ First Radio Station

Have you ever wondered about the development of radios throughout history? In partnership with WRR radio (101.1 fm) and Dallas Municipal Archives, NorthPark Center has an ongoing exhibition titled, “Texas’ First Radio Station: WRR Radio’s Centennial Celebration.”

The exhibition celebrates the position of WRR in the North Texas community and features an array of historical images from the past ten decades along with an extensive collection of historical radios.

The exhibition has been ongoing since Aug. 5 and will run until Sept. 16 between Neiman Marcus and Dillard’s.
