Greenville Homecoming Shooting Saturday Kills 2, Injures 16
A man is on the run after killing two people and injuring 16 at a homecoming celebration in Greenville on Saturday night.
GREENVILLE, TX — Two people are dead and 16 others injured after a gunman fired into a crowd of hundreds Saturday night. It happened at the homecoming celebration at Texas A&M at Commerce.
The Hunt County Sheriff's office says that the gunman is still on the run.
There were hundreds of people in The Party Palace when a man with a 9mm gun entered and started firing.

Twelve people were shot including the two people who were killed. Ten others were wounded by the gunman. Four others were injured fleeing gunfire.
The sheriff's office says that they do not know who opened fire or why.
