Highland Springs Names Branden Williams Dining Services Director

Brings more than 12 years of accomplished culinary experience to Erickson Living community

Dallas, Texas—Highland Springs, a senior living community managed by Erickson Living, announced the appointment of Branden Williams as Director of Dining Services.

Mr. Williams brings 12 years of culinary experience to Highland Springs. Previously, he worked at Navarro College in Texas and the University of Nebraska at Omaha as the Director of Dining Services. He also served as Dietary Manager at Charleston Surgical Hospital, where he oversaw kitchen efficiency and menu development, while catering to special dietary and cultural needs.

Additionally, Mr. Williams taught culinary arts at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College in Virginia where he was responsible for preparing students for careers in the hospitality industry and providing technical instruction relevant to the actual work environment.

With a variety of healthy menu options, Highland Springs features five unique dining venues, ranging from casual to formal. The Dining Services Department also includes the catering event team, a carry-out delivery service for residents and a marketplace & bistro that provides a convenient, on-site shopping locale.

A resident of Ferris, Texas with his wife, Sandra, and son, Bowden, Mr. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management and a master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
