More than $4 million is available to help Dallas residents financially affected by the pandemic to get out of the red with their landlords.

DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas is administering $4,050,000 in federal C.A.R.E.S. Act funds on behalf of the City of Dallas.

Those who qualify can receive back rent up to $1,500 a month for two months paid directly to their landlords.
