International Women’s Day: Lyft Offering Free Rides

Some of the locations where people can travel to for free include GAIA for Women, Cowgirl Hall of Fame, and Oasis Plant Shop.

DALLAS, TX -- The ride-hailing service Lyft is offering free rides up to $10 during Women’s History Month to inspirational locations (historical monuments, museums, women-owned business and more) around Dallas-Fort Worth starting March 8. The locations include GAIA for Women, Cowgirl Hall of Fame, Dude, Sweet Chocolate, and Oasis Plant Shop, Lyft said in a news release.

Lyft riders can visit these spots below by using the code WHMDFW2019.

Lyft has also partnered with former Obama White House Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett to feature the people and places that have inspired her (a short video interview with Valerie on the topic can be found here).
