Plano Robbery Turns Deadly; Police Investigating
The victim was a 56-year-old Plano resident who owned a small business in Dallas.
PLANO, TX — One man was shot dead Wednesday night in front of a home in the 4200 block of McAlice Drive in Plano. The man, identified as 56-year-old Ahmed Omar of Plano, was pronounced deceased.
According to a statement from police, Omar owns a business in Dallas and was the target of a robbery.
An investigation into the deadly shooting is underway.
