Street Closures Near Ambassador Hotel Announced
Numerous streets near Old City Park will be closed until further notice.
DALLAS, TX -- Numerous streets will be closed in Dallas following a fire that destroyed the historic Ambassador Hotel early Tuesday morning. More than 100 firefighters responded to Ervay Street around 1:30 a.m., FOX 4 reported. The cause of the fire is unknown. The hotel first opened in 1904, Fox added.
The following streets will be closed until further notice, according to Dallas Police:
- Gano St. & St. Paul
- Bellview St. & Browder
- Browder St.& Sullivan Dr.
- Gano St. & Ervay St.
- Griffin & Ervay St.
- Griffin & St. Paul
- Blakeney & Browder
