Adelitas Way Plays Austin: Get Tickets Here

Las Vegas band's song 'Invincible' became theme song for WWE, later composition 'Scream' used as Saw 3D soundtrack.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Time to do some head banging, Austin. Formed in Las Vegas, hard rock band Adelitas Way is coming to town on Friday, April 19. The band came to prominence after their debut single, "Invincible," ushered in numerous television appearances in commercials and live sporting events.

By 2008, the band started to work on their debut album. The following year, the single "Invincible" dropped, later becoming the official theme song for WWE Superstars and WGN America. Another one of the band's songs, "It's a New Day," became the theme song for WWE Superstars on WGN America. That song also was featured in the Smackdown vs Raw 2010 video game, MTV and the CSI Miami finale.

The second single from their "Last Stand" album dropped in February 2010, and the song "Scream" was featured as soundtrack for Saw 3D in October 2010. The band has gone on to tour with such notable acts as Guns N' Roses, Papa Roach, Godsmack, Staind and more.

Now, you can see them live in Austin as part of their "Come and Take It Live" tour, playing locally at 2015 E Riverside Dr. on Friday, April 19. The show starts at 6 p.m., with Adelitas Way taking the stage about an hour later.
