AUSTIN, TX — Capital Metro will temporarily suspend its rail service for one week in July as it works on construction and maintenance work, authorities said Monday.

The disruption will begin Saturday, July 10 and will continue to Sunday, July 18, Capital Metro officials said.

However, MetroRail will continue to provide service to Q2 Stadium the evening of July 13 for Austin FC’s exhibition match against Tigres. Capital Metro will operate its Sunday special event service schedule for that game, officials said.
