City Of Austin Looks To Hire Manager For Newly Created Role
The new Equity and Inclusion Program Manager I will work within the Parks & Recreation Department, and has a June 30 deadline to apply.
AUSTIN, TX—If you're looking to transition into a new career and experience the opportunity to serve the community, the City of Austin Parks & Recreation Department (PARD) invites qualified candidates to apply for the newly created Equity & inclusion Program Manager I position. Working alongside PARD Director, Kimberly McNeeley, the Manager will oversee the the development, coordination, and administration of equity policies and practices for PARD, ensuring equitable access, opportunities, and outcomes for the workforce and community.
Candidates should have experience with strategic planning, development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion programs, and track record of success working with partner groups. Pay range is $35.56 - $45.96 per hour and interested candidates are invited to submit an application online by June 30.
