AUSTIN, TX — Regular curbside trash and recycling pickup resumed as usual on Monday for customers across Austin.

After a week with limited to no service due to intense winter storms that left roads impassible, the City of Austin said it will collect extra bags of household trash during the week of Feb. 22.

The city said it will also conduct scheduled large brush collections missed during the prior week starting on Monday. Extra composting and recycling is always collected at no extra charge, according to the city.
