Highly-Anticipated Elevated Cuisine Restaurant Opens In Austin
Lutie's Garden Restaurant at the Commodore Perry Estate opens its doors to the public in April and will evoke the spirit of the Jazz Age.
AUSTIN, TX—Austin residents will have the opportunity to enjoy elevated cuisine and a sophisticated ambience with the highly anticipated opening of Lutie’s Garden Restaurant. Slated for a fall 2020 opening, the Central Austin eatery officially opens it doors to the public on Wednesday, April 14 with advance reservations via OpenTable.
Guests will enjoy a stunning backdrop at the Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection, and the dining experience will be a passport to the Jazz Age and evoke the sophistication of the era. Offering a seasonal menu with locally-sourced ingredients for a marriage between familiar Texas flavors and the elevated techniques of fine dining, Lutie's promises to be an experience to remember.
Menu includes specialities such as Yonder Way pork with pickled cabbage and creamer peas, charcoal-grilled chicken with leeks and hominy, and royal red shrimp with daikon and celery. If a sweet tooth is more your speed, patrons will enjoy desserts including a kouign-amann ice cream and seasonal soft-serve flavors like fresh strawberry finished with Texas olive oil. Craft cocktails will be featured with rare and vintage liquors, an extensive wine list of several natural wines, spirits, craft beers, and delicious coffee offered in partnership with local roaster Tiny House.
