Man Dies After Fatal Stabbing On Cameron Road

AUSTIN, TX — A man is dead after a fatal stabbing at a North Austin apartment complex, authorities said Tuesday.
Bobby Deshawn Hill, 22, died Sunday after being stabbed multiple times at an apartment complex in the 7200 block of Cameron Road, Austin police said.
Officials said they received a 911 call around 2:49 a.m. for a stabbing at a North Austin apartment complex.

When officers and Austin-Travis County EMS arrived, they found Hill unresponsive with multiple stab wounds. Despite life-saving measures, Hill died at 3:27 a.m. Sunday, officials said.
The Travis County Medical Examiner’s office conducted an autopsy on Hill and determined the official cause and manner of death was a stabbing. His death has been ruled a homicide.
