Roosevelt Room Hosts Master Class On Agave Spirits

The award-winning cocktail bar and event venue hosts an afternoon exploring and sampling the Agave spirits produced throughout Mexico.

AUSTIN, TX—The Roosevelt Room, an award-winning Cocktail Bar and Event Venue located in the heart of downtown Austin's historic warehouse district, invites you to explore the many styles of Agave Spirits produced throughout Mexico as part of the The Roosevelt Room's Master Class Series - Agave Spirits 101.

Attendees of the event will have the opportunity to learn about the predominant styles of Agave Spirits (including Tequila, Mezcal, Bacanora, Raicilla, and more), where and how they're produced throughout Mexico, and how all this factors to what is in the glass, and what makes each beautifully distinct.

Scheduled Sunday, May 23 at 12 p.m. (21 and over only) at The Roosevelt Room located at 307 West 5th St., Unit B, Austin, TX 78701, and participants will taste 10 agave spirits, and learn about the fundamentals of tasing, discussing the predominant flavor characteristics of each style, and what to look for in agave spirits of superior quality.
