Smoke + Mash At Treaty Oak BBQ Expo Showcases Pitmasters, Chefs

AUSTIN, TX—Kick off your weekend enjoying amazing food, great live music, and a sampling of a limited edition whiskey from Treaty Oak Distilling in neighboring Dripping Springs. Add the warm and welcoming Texas sunshine, and you're ready to experience what living in Lonestar State is all about.

Smoke + Mash at Treaty Oak is an all-day, family-friendly event at the Treaty Oak ranch that will showcase some of the best barbecue around, with barbecue experts from Alice's Restaurant, Jean-Paul Bourgeois, pitmaster Tuffy Stone, Ronnie Killen, Sam Jones , and award-winning pitmaster Moe Cason.

Scheduled Saturday, May 29 from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m., guests will have the opportunity to purchase $5 tickets and enjoy a small barbecue plate from vendors of their choice. In addition to the mouthwatering food, you'll enjoy an afternoon of live music with performances by Hot Texas Swing Band, Night Cap and Deezie Brown. Top off the festivities with the a tasting of Treaty Oak Distilling's new, limited-edition Red, White & Blue Single Barrel whiskey.
