These Austin Restaurants, Bars Are Open During Winter Weather

AUSTIN, TX — Power outages, slick roads and limited water access have impacted Austin businesses and homes, but that isn't putting a stop to these restaurants, bars and food trucks.

People looking to warm up with a hot drink can head to Barrett’s Coffee or Civil Goat's far west location. Meanwhile, those looking for something stiffer might consider checking out Black Star Co-op or Sawyer & Co., both of which are offering drinks and food.
