Travis County reported 866 new coronavirus cases and 14 related deaths in the week of March 8-14.
As of March 14:

• New cases reported by county — 77
• Active cases — 1,190
• Total cases — 77,485
• New deaths reported by county — 1
• Total deaths since the start of the pandemic — 779
• New hospitalizations — 18
• Currently in hospital — 180
• Patients in intensive care — 69
• Patients on ventilators — 43
• Patients currently at the Austin Convention Center's alternative care site — 14

Travis County testing data for the week of March 8-14

There were 13,235 tests conducted as of March 6, according to county testing data. Of those tested, 613 were positive and 12,622 were negative. There was no new testing data as of March 15.

Here's how many people have received a COVID-19 vaccine in Travis County

Travis County has administered more than 229,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, as cases continue to rise in the state, according to data from the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Among those, 229,469 were first doses and 107,038 were second doses. In the latest week, Texas reported a total of 2,346,924 cases of coronavirus.

How many people in Texas have been vaccinated so far?

• A total of 8,060,724 of vaccine doses have been administered.
• Among those, 5,371,479 were first doses and 2,832,158 were second doses.
