Bill Murray Golf Wear Office Opens In East Austin

AUSTIN, TEXAS — William Murray Golf, the apparel company launched by renowned actor, comedian and writer Bill Murray and his six brothers, has opened an office in East Austin, officials announced Monday.

The lease at 1308 E 7th St. calls for a 2,735-square-foot space, JLL officials said. JLL Associate Spencer Holbert led the lease negotiations on behalf of the apparel group. ISO Commercial’s Tim Grondin and Dave van Heuven represented the landlord, Charla Wood.

“East Austin provides the right mix of fun and personality that the team at William Murray Golf value,” Holbert said in a prepared statement. “The open layout and nearby amenities deliver a fun, creative work environment perfectly suited for this ‘Cinderella story, out of nowhere’ sports apparel company. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and we look forward to watching their company continue to grow.”
