Frontier Airlines Launches San Francisco Flights Starting At $59

AUSTIN, TX — Did you leave your heart in San Francisco? Well, soon you'll be able to retrieve it (or lose it all over again) with new flight service from Austin for as low as $59, airport officials said Wednesday.

Low-fare carrier, Frontier Airlines on Wednesday began nonstop service from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport to San Francisco International Airport. To celebrate the start of this new, low-cost service, Frontier is offering fares as low as $59*, which are available now at www.FlyFrontier.com. (More on that asterisk later.)

“We are thrilled to begin service from Austin to San Francisco,” Daniel Shurz, Senior Vice President, Commercial for Frontier Airlines, said in a prepared statement. “Frontier is always looking for ways to make travel from central Texas easier and more affordable, and our Kids Fly Free and Friends Fly Free programs are the latest example of what we mean by Low Fares Done Right.”

The Frontier nonstop service between Austin and San Francisco operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Service is seasonal, and frequency and times are subject to change, so you may want to check www.FlyFrontier.com for the most updated schedule.

All Frontier flights operate from The South Terminal, which has a separate entrance and parking on the south side of the airport and is not accessible from inside the Barbara Jordan Terminal or from SH 71. The South Terminal is located at 10000 Logistics Lane and is accessible from US 183 South and Burleson Road.
