Motorcyclist Killed In East Austin Collision (Updated)
Incident at around 8:45 p.m. at Webberville and Springdale roads left a man in his 20s with life-threatening injuries..
EAST AUSTIN, TX — A motorcyclist was critically injured after colliding with a car in East Austin on Saturday.
The incident occurred at around 8:45 p.m. at the corner of Webberville and Springdale roads just outside Givens Park. Austin-Travis County EMS medics transported a man in his 20s to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of injuries described as critical and life-threatening.
Police later confirmed the motorcyclist had succumbed to his injuries.

The accident scene prompted street closures to accommodate a police investigation. No further details were available.
