Public Input Sought For Givens District Park Plans
Meeting at Givens Recreation Center, 3811 E. 12 St., on Tuesday, Oct. 9, will focus on master plan toward future improvements.

EAST AUSTIN, TEXAS — City officials want the public's input in creating a master plan toward future improvements to the Givens District Park.
To that end, a community meeting will be staged at Givens Recreation Center, 3811 E. 12 St., on Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. The gathering will kick off with a brief formal presentation on the plans scheduled at 6:30 p.m., city officials said in an advisory.
At the meeting, the project team will share preliminary visual concepts that have been developed through technical studies and community input.
