As the year ends, we have been collecting resources to help management teams think about employee engagement and satisfaction. One area that is of interest to the EPC is sharing tool sets that deepen connections between work teams, particularly as the work at home protocols continue.

In the October issue of Leader to Leader, an article with an engagement tool focus, addresses some of the needs of a home-based, workforce. As the article argues, “Techniques that nurture workplace relationships, enhance employee growth, and support well‐being should be incorporated into any plan for leading in times of crisis.”
While work from home protocols may change with the new year, we are confident the tool and the focus on engagement should be on end of the year strategic to do lists.
