Public Invited To Discuss El Paso Master Plan For Cohen Stadium
The master plan is expected to be completed in early 2018, and is part of the El Paso's commitment to enhance El Paso's quality of life.

FROM THE CITY OF EL PASO: EL PASO, TX —The City of El Paso invites the public to reimagine Cohen Stadium.
The City’s Capital Improvement Department and the Office of Representative Sam Morgan, District 4, encourage the public to participate in helping to shape a comprehensive master plan for the Cohen Stadium site, at 9700 Gateway Boulevard North in Northeast El Paso.
The development of a master plan is the first step in the process to evaluate the potential land uses and redevelopment alternatives for the site. The Future Project will:

The development of a master plan is initiated and completed before a project enters the design phase to ensure the site is developed in an orderly, efficient, and cost-effective manner that allows the public the opportunity to provide their comments and input.
The master plan is expected to be completed in early 2018, and is part of the City of El Paso’s commitment to enhance El Paso’s quality of life for residents, business and visitors.
