Texas Amber Alert For 2 Children Missing From El Paso
The suspect in the case was identified as 26-year-old Justin Carillo.
EL PASO, TX — An Amber alert has been issued for two children missing out of El Paso.
According to the alert, 8-year-old Leonardo Ortega and 2-year-old Matias Carillo are missing. The older child is wearing a white t-shirt, underwear and navy blue crocs. He is just under four-feet tall.
The 2-year-old is wearing a gray onesie and is three-feet tall.

The suspect is identified in the alert as 26-year-old Justin Carillo. He is five-feet-ten and weighs 190 pounds. Carillo has brown hair and hazel eyes.
The car that is part of the alert is a Black 2003 Hyundia Elantra with the Texas license number KYR4562.
