Bebe To Close All Of Its Houston-Area Stores

Fashion retailer is shuttering its roughly 170 locations nationwide as it migrates to online-only venture.

Bebe stores in the Houston area will soon be things of the past. The company has officially announced that the four stores in the area will cease to operate by the end of May. The closures will result in the loss of around 59 jobs in the Houston area.

The company, which has about 170 locations around the nation, announced in March that it would be closing all of its brick-and-mortar stores as it transforms itself into an online-only organization.
