It was with a heavy heart that the City announced the closing of the River Oaks Library permanently back on October 1, 2020 due to the monetary restraints of operating a high level of essential services throughout the city that includes our police, fire, emergency management, public health and public works departments. The Lake Worth Library located at 7005 Charbonneau Road in Lake Worth, Texas is offering River Oaks Residents a library card.
