Fabergé Chooses The Galleria As Site Of First Texas Store
Jeweler and luxury goods house will open in Simon property this fall.
HOUSTON, TX — Fabergé, the jeweler known for the decorative eggs it made for the Russian royal family and other luxury goods, has chosen The Galleria as the location for its eighth store in the United States.
"Houston is already well-versed in the world of Fabergé with the Museum of Natural Science currently hosting one of the world's largest private collections of Fabergé creations," Fabergé global retail director Meredeth Moss said in an announcement. "The opening of a new store will further allow Houston to become a prime destination for those wishing to discover Fabergé, past and present."
Fabergé, whose origins date back to 1842, also makes watches and objets d'art popular with the wealthy, and its creations are owned by museums around the world.
