Houston ISD Releases 2018 Graduation Schedule
Lamar High seniors will graduate June 9 at NRG Stadium. Here's the full schedule with dates and times of the weeklong ceremonies.
HOUSTON, TX — The Houston ISD released its weeklong schedule for the graduation of this year's seniors. They start as early as May 26 in the district and go all the way through June 10, spread out over seven different large venues at varying times.
Lamar High School will graduate at NRG Stadium at 9 a.m. on June 9. Lamar will be followed by Chavez High (noon), Westside (3 p.m.) and Bellaire High (7 p.m.). Heights High School seniors are scheduled to graduate at 7 p.m. on June 1 at NRG Arena.
Most ceremonies will take place at various locations around the city (primarily the Barnett Fieldhouse, Butler Fieldhouse, Delmar Fieldhouse, NRG Arena, Texas Southern University campus and Wilkins Pavilion).
