HPD Investigates Murder-Suicide In River Oaks
Police found two men dead inside their home on Markham Street near Richmond and Wesleyan Thursday night.
HOUSTON, TX — Police say two men were found dead from gunshot wounds after an apparent murder-suicide in their home near Greenway Plaza Thursday night. The men were married and going through a divorce, police said. Furthermore, records show their house on the 4000 block of Markham Street went up for sale Thursday.
A friend of the men called police after they received a concerning text message. Police were called to the home near Richmond and Wesleyan around 9:30 p.m. Thursday and found the men dead.
The identities of the men have not been released, and police are still investigating the shootings.
